About the project

This project is seeking a postdoctoral fellow with experience and expertise in competition law. The object of the project is to appraise to what extent the goals and rules of competition law should be reconceptualized considering either the role of competition law in defining and challenging the power of actors in the digital space or the role of competition law in realising the societal objective of sustainability. The aim of this forward-looking project is to contribute to ongoing debates on competition law and its purpose in society.

The successful applicant will have published in relevant high impact journals (commensurate with their level of research experience).
